How fast does an EV charge at home?

It depends. Most EVs can support charging on an 120v or 240v outlet. In general, most EVs only add about 3 or 4 miles per hour on a 120v outlet. Using a 240v outlet can yield anywhere between 18 to 22 miles per hour. That means that you will likely be able to have a “full charge” every morning with your EV.
